The present invention relates to a sitting mat type working chair for farming, which provides a sitting mat with a cushion function, having an excellent cushion performance, while can be worn on buttocks by a belt to enable a user to easily stand up using a repulsive force of the sitting mat when the user is to stand up as well as can reduce fatigue by the cushion function when the user sits on the ground while being easily attached to or detached from the buttocks. The present invention provides the sitting mat type working chair for farming provided with the belt (10) fitted around thighs and with a sitting mat member (40) installed within a cover (30) which can be opened or closed by a slide fastener (20), wherein the sitting mat member (40) supports an elastic member (43) between an upper and a lower plate (41, 42) and is provided with mat members (44) with appropriate thickness on an upper surface of the upper plate (41) and a lower surface of the lower plate (42).
