A biometric authentication platform system is provided with: a management unit for managing original record correspondence information corresponding to an original record of biometric information used when biometric authentication of a user is performed by a plurality of services; and an authentication unit for executing authentication processing on the basis of biometric information for a user received from the plurality of services and the original record correspondence information managed by the management unit. The management unit manages a plurality of pieces of original record correspondence information for the same user and the same type of biometric information. On the basis of the biometric information for a user received from the plurality of services and the plurality of pieces of original record correspondence information managed by the management unit, the authentication unit uses majority logic to determine the authentication result of authentication processing of the biometric information and the original record correspondence information.
