PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing the troublesomeness of the operation of an operator, and for storing the highly reliable information of a near-miss in a database.SOLUTION: When a near-miss occurs in an operator in a vehicle on which an in-vehicle unit 10 is loaded, occurrence information indicating that this near-miss has occurred and position information indicating the occurrence place are combined and transmitted to a server 30. The server 30 determines whether or not the position information acquired from the in-vehicle unit 10 indicates the inside of a specific zone preliminarily set as a place where the near-miss easily occurs. When the occurrence place of the near-miss is the inside of the specific zone, the occurrence information and position information related to the near-miss are registered in a near-miss DB 36 for storing the case of the near-miss. |
