PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of preventing entry of insects surely without increasing an operator's load, and to provide an exchange method of the filter device.SOLUTION: A magnet sheet 7 adsorbable on a filter rail 6 is stuck onto the marginal part on the air circulation direction upstream side in the extending state to an insertion/extraction direction of a filter frame 5, and a thickness adjustment sheet 8 having the same thickness as the magnet sheet 7 and having a surface contact with the filter rail 6 is stuck onto the marginal part on the air circulation direction upstream side of the filter frame 5 where the magnet sheet 7 is not stuck. |
