The present invention relates to a hard capsule containing a plant extract. The purpose of the present invention is to solve a depression phenomenon that is generated when conventionally filling liquid contents in the hard capsule, and it has been confirmed that the hard capsule maintains its shape while containing a liquid plant extract by controlling contents of components included in a composition which is filled in the hard capsule. A hard capsule according to the present invention comprises a liquid plant extract as contents, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) as a coating agent. The plant is ginseng or red ginseng. The plant extract comprises a red ginseng concentrate, red ginseng oil, and red ginseng concentrate powder. The plant extract comprises a plant mixing concentrate including one or more extracts selected from the group consisting of a Paeoniae radix extract, an Angelica gigas Nakai extract, a cinnamon extract, an Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba extract, a licorice extract, a Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz extract, an Astragalus membranaceus Bunge extract, a Cnidium officinale extract, and a Citrus unshiu extract. |
