PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference terminal which can change a parameter to be set to a terminal arranged at a certain place for each place.SOLUTION: The conference terminal has: photographing means 201 for photographing an image; sound input means 209 for inputting sound; compression means 203, 211 for compressing at least one of image data and sound data according to a compression parameter; position information acquisition means 124 for acquiring position information on a device; compression parameter acquisition means for acquiring the compression parameter associated with the position information which the position information acquisition means acquires; communication means 207 for transmitting the image data and the sound data compressed by the compression means to a communication partner and receiving the image data and the sound data from the communication partner; and output means 216, 219 for outputting the image data and the sound data which the communication means receives. |
