PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress loosening of fibers wound on a mandrel or expansion of ends of the fibers after cutting the fibers.SOLUTION: A tank manufacturing method includes: (a) a step of setting a fiber holding device so that it contacts with a tank container-shaped mandrel; (b) a step of winding fibers on at least a part of the surface of the fiber holding device including a part contacting with the mandrel and on the mandrel using the fiber holding device; (c) a step of sucking the fibers wound on the surface of the fiber holding device in a direction toward the surface of the fiber holding device from the inside of the fiber holding device; and (d) a step of cutting the fibers between a part wound on the fiber holding device and the fiber holding device. |
