PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vesicle composition excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: A production method of a vesicle composition in which an aqueous phase is used as a continuous phase, uses an oil phase including following components, a component (A): a fatty acid having totally 12 to 40 carbon atoms, a component (B): a tertiary amine compound having totally 8 to 75 carbon atoms, a component (C): an organic acid having totally 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and a component (D): a first polyhydric alcohol, and comprises: an oil phase preparation step which dissolves the oil phase at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the oil phase; an emulsification step which mixes the oil phase obtained by the oil phase preparation step while adding the aqueous phase thereto; an addition step which adds a component (D'): a second polyhydric alcohol to the oil phase when the amount of the aqueous phase added to the oil phase becomes 1 mass times to the oil phase or more; and a cooling step which cools the obtained composition after the emulsification step. |
