PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of manufacturing a vehicle lighting fixture by saving a dedicated positioning part in an optical direction and reducing the processing manhours of molding dies of a shade during laser welding of a lens and the shade.SOLUTION: A plurality of mounting shelves 6 are installed at the end face of a shade 3 and a flange 2a of a lens 2 is mounted on the mounting shelves 6, thereby, a portion of the mounting shelves 6 is melted by the laser beams transmitting the flange 2a. The mounting shelves 6 have a welding part which is melted by the laser beams and a positioning part which is not melted by the laser beams. With the lens 2 positioned in the optical direction by the positioning part, the lens 2 is welded to the shade 3 by a molten resin of the welding part. |
