PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the size of an external memory, shorten an access time to the external memory and a startup time, and extend the battery life.SOLUTION: A second low-speed timer 117 stores a reception timing timer value, and starts counting when counting at a first low-speed timer 116 is terminated. A high-speed drive part 130 has a reception timing timer 115 that starts counting on the basis of the reception timing timer value when counting at the second low-speed timer 117 is terminated. The high-speed drive part 130 is activated and reads out the reception timing timer value from the second low-speed timer 117 when the counting at the first low-speed timer 116 is terminated. The high-speed drive part 130 starts communication with a communication partner and stores a reception timing timer value to be used at the next activation in the second low-speed timer 117 when the counting at the reception timing timer 115 is terminated. |
