PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus and the like capable of notifying more useful information on an un-inserted card.SOLUTION: A DSRC communication part 16 performs DSRC communication with a road side machine arranged in a parking lot. A control part 15 determines whether credit card settlement is possible or not based on information that the DSRC communication part 16 received from the road side machine to set the content of determination to a settlement corresponding facility flag to make a storage part 17 to store it. In a case where a card is not inserted at an engine starting time, and it is determined that credit card settlement is possible according to the settlement corresponding facility flag stored by the storage part 17, the control part 15 alerts that a card has not been inserted while prompting a driver to insert a card. On the other hand, when it is determined that no credit card settlement is possible, the control part 15 only alerts that a card has not been inserted. |
