PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine superior in mountability.SOLUTION: An inventive work machine comprises: a first hydraulic pump motor 20 connected to a head side and a rod side of a boom cylinder 6; a variable capacity type second hydraulic pump motor 21 rotating synchronously with the first hydraulic pump motor 20, and connected to the head side of the boom cylinder 6; an accumulator 19 attached to the second hydraulic pump motor 21, and accumulating energy held by a hydraulic oil supplied from the second hydraulic pump motor 21; and a vehicle body controller 30 for controlling the drive of the second hydraulic pump motor 21. |
