PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, a Braille input method and a Braille input program that allow a user to perform input operation favorably irrespective of an attitude of the portable terminal, thereby improving usability for the user.SOLUTION: A portable terminal (smartphone 100) includes: a touch panel 120; a pre-input determination unit 112 for dividing the touch panel into plural dot areas T1-T3 by pre-input in which the same number of fingers F1-F3 as a number of rows of Braille characters touch the touch panel; and a Braille recognition unit 114 for recognizing a Braille character in accordance with tapping to the dot area. |
