PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly correct a defective pixel.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging unit which comprises an imaging element having plural pixels arranged therein to output signals corresponding to light and generates image data corresponding to a subject; a scene information generation unit which generates information on a scene of a subject with the image data; and a correction unit which corrects image data on the basis of information on the scene of the subject, the correction unit correcting image data generated with a signal outputted from a defective pixel included in the imaging element. |
