The tool (21) has a processing body (13) with a processing surface including a set of projections. An application unit is provided for applying an application material on a skin that can be processed by the body. The unit is formed in such a manner that the deliver of the material takes place in the region of the surface. The unit has an application material storage in and/or on the surface of the body. The material comprises a skin care product such as moisture donor, oil, aloe vera and/or coenzyme. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrical handheld device of personal requirement such as hair removing device and/or hair cutting device with a skin processing tool (2) a method for manufacturing a skin processing tool.
