PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement prediction system that predicts a local change in weather and generates movement prediction information for predicting movement and distribution of a moving body due to the change in weather with excellent accuracy, and further to provide a movement prediction method.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an environment prediction section 22 for predicting a change in environment of an area where a moving body moves by utilizing environmental information of the area; an association data generation section 28 for generating association data in which the environmental information and a position of the moving body are associated with each other; and a movement prediction information generation section 23 that predicts a position to which the moving body moves and generates movement prediction information including predicted positional information of the moving body by utilizing prediction results of the environment prediction section 22 and the association data. |
