PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a cover glass with a circuit capable of suppressing simultaneously generation of a damage of the circuit and generation of a damage of the cover glass.SOLUTION: A production method of a cover glass with a circuit is described as follows; resist films 11a, 11b are formed on both sides 10a, 10b of a mother glass 10 having both sides 10a, 10b to which strengthening treatment is applied, a cutting pattern 12 for exposing partially both sides 10a, 10b is formed by removing partially each resist film 11a, 11b, each cutting recessed part 10d corresponding to the cutting pattern 12 is formed on both sides 10a, 10b by etching, the resist film 11a at least on one side 10a of the mother glass 10 is removed, a touch panel circuit 3 or the like is formed on one side 10a of each cover glass part 20A, and a plurality of touch panels 1 are obtained as a plurality of cover glasses with each circuit by cutting the mother glass 10 along the cutting recessed part 10d. |
