The present invention relates to a motor driving device which drives a direct current motor driven by positive driving voltage and negative driving voltage. The motor driving device comprises: a first switch element which is connected between a first node of the direct current motor and the positive driving voltage; a second switch element which is connected between a second node of the direct current motor and the negative driving voltage; a third switch element which is connected between the second node of the direct current motor and the positive driving voltage; a fourth switch element which is connected between the first node of the direct current motor and the negative driving voltage; a first operation delay unit which delays a first positive control signal during a specific time and transmits the first positive control signal to the first switch element; and a second operation delay unit which delays a second positive control signal during a specific time and transmits the second operation delay signal to the third switch element. Accordingly, the operation delay units are further formed at the front stage of a PMOS transistor to form more operation parallax between the PMOS transistor and an NMOS transistor, an operation delay time of such a switch element is sufficiently secured, and thus it is possible to confirm a turnoff state of the PMOS transistor by one voltage detection circuit.
