PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state estimation device, a state estimation method, and a state estimation program which estimate a state by employing a state estimation method in which a system parameter is handled as a random variable independent of time.SOLUTION: The state estimation device acquires observation information from a batch process and, from the observation information, uses a state equation to estimate a state value at a desired time in the batch process. At least one or more of a state matrix A, an input matrix B, and an output matrix C in the state equation are dispersed in accordance with a certain probability distribution independent of a time variable, and an expected value of a state matrix A(n≥1: n is an integer) is used as a coefficient matrix of state values at past times or as an expected value of a term including A. |
