The present specification relates to an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a jamming signal, a jamming system and a method for transmitting and receiving the jamming signal. More specifically, the present invention relates to the apparatus for transmitting and receiving the jamming signal, the jamming system and the method for transmitting and receiving the jamming signal which can performing jamming selectively by not disturbing an operation of a jamming-exempted receiver, while disturbing an operation of a jamming target receiver, by generating and cancelling the jamming signal according to a synchronized criterion, and can improve efficiency and stability of the jamming system, in order to solve the limitation of a prior technology.
