A base station comprising: an address management unit that extracts a data transfer source address from a handover request message received from a source base station, delivers a transfer destination address corresponding to said transfer source address, and manages the correspondence relationship between the transfer source address and the transfer destination address; a network communications unit that notifies the source base station of the transfer destination address by using a handover request confirmation message, and receives transfer data from the source base station, in the transfer destination address; a conditions determination unit that browses the correspondence relationship and determines whether or not to transfer the received transfer data to a user device, in accordance with whether or not the transfer source address for the received transfer data corresponds to the transfer destination address; and a wireless communications unit that transfers transfer data for which a determination to transfer has been made, to the user device. |
