PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil capable of reducing the generation of crack between insulation resin and a connector, while suppressing the complication of mold division of a mold.SOLUTION: An ignition coil 100 produces voltage for generating spark discharge in an ignition plug, by using power supplied from an external power supply through a connector portion 30. The ignition coil 100 has a cylinder surface 32 coated with insulation resin 45 at the connector portion 30, and is formed by a plurality of molds 20 and 21 divided so as to open the mold on an outer peripheral side of the cylinder surface 32. At a part formed by the mold 20 on the cylinder surface 32, inclination surface portions 33a and 33b inclining to an inner peripheral side of the cylinder surface 32 toward a mold-opening direction MOD1 opening the mold 20 are formed. An aventurine portion 35 provided with depressions and projections in an aventurine shape is formed on the inclination surface portions 33a and 33b. |
