[Problem] To provide a resin composition for forming an optical waveguide, the resin composition having high heat resistance, sufficiently low light propagation to be practical, the properties to control the refractive index, and low curing shrinkage; and to provide a dry film and an optical waveguide in which the composition and the film are used. [Solution] A resin composition for forming an optical waveguide, the composition characterized in comprising a composition that contains, as essential ingredients, (A) a cyanate ester prepolymer and/or a cyanate ester compound having two or more cyanate groups per molecule, (B) an acrylate monomer, and (C) a photo-radical polymerization initiator; a dry film; and an optical waveguide using the composition and the film. |
