A shoe sole with double shock absorption, made in a single piece and of elastic material, with a bottom side and a top side, first burrs that project from the bottom side towards the top side and hollows of such first burrs, each lateral wall of such first burr is interrupted by a lateral channel that divides said lateral wall into a top section and a bottom one, the hollow comprising a bottom wall that is parallel to that of the first burr, coinciding with a section of said bottom wall is arranged a wall that slopes towards the lateral wall of the first burr, and coinciding with at least one lateral wall of the first burr a slat projects towards the inside of the hollow, said slat comprising a top face that is part of the top side of the sole and a bottom face towards the inside of the hollow. |
