The present invention provides a microscope. The microscope comprises: a measurement unit in which a sample is arranged; a first optical system providing a first light toward a side surface of the measurement unit; a second optical system providing a second light toward a lower surface of the measurement unit; a third optical system arranged on an upper surface of the measurement unit to provide a third light to the measurement unit, and provided with the first light or the second light incident to the measurement unit to detect a first light signal obtained from the sample; and a detection optical system detecting a second light signal from the sample by the third light provided from the third optical system. |
