PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a compression cylinder of an air compressor which can easily and quickly increase the injection speed of gas.SOLUTION: An exhaust structure of a compression cylinder of an air compressor includes a main frame 11. A motor 12 is fixed to the main frame 11. When a gear 13 is rotated by the motor 12, a piston main body 14 provided in a compression cylinder 2 is interlocked with the gear 13, the piston main body 14 reciprocates in the compression cylinder 2 to generate compressed air, and the compressed air enters the inside of an air storage chamber of an air storage unit 3. A plurality of exhaust holes 4, 5, 6 are formed in the top wall in the compression cylinder 2. The plurality of exhaust holes 4, 5, 6 are the air holes which each have diameters different from one another. The exhaust holes 4, 5, 6 each have valve mechanisms having the same structure. The valve mechanisms consist of valve bodies 7, 8, 9 and springs 71, 81, 91. The areas of the bottom surfaces of the valve bodies 7, 8, 9 are in proportion to the diameters of the exhaust holes 4, 5, 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
