PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure that can ensure sealability inside a housing and has a simple configuration.SOLUTION: There is provided a housing structure comprising: a housing that accommodates components contributing to use of an image forming apparatus and includes an opening; a cover member that covers the opening of the housing; and a sealing member that is provided between the cover member and the opening of the housing, the sealing member being compressed and deformed by the cover member being attached to the housing to seal a space between the cover member and the housing, where the cover member includes an attachment target part to which the sealing member is attached and is provided with at least one groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
