PURPOSE:To manufacture a double-sides resin-coated steel plate with excellent yield at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A preheated steel plate 25 is held by a pair of left and right pressure bond rolls 28, 29 and passed. The steel plate 25 is passed while being wound on one roll 28 and being not wound on the other roll 29. A thermoplastic resin 32 is flowed down to the non-winding side 25U of the steel plate 25 from a T die 31, and a solid thermoplastic resin film 36 is passed between the roll 28 on the winding side and the steel plate 25. The width of the resin flowing down from the T die 31 is made wider than the steel plate 25, and the thick section of resin thickness at an end section is not flowed down to the steel plate section. The width of the solid thermoplastic resin film 36 is made wider than that of the resin 32 flowing down from the T die 31, and the T-die resin 32 is not attached to the winding roll 28. Heating pressure operation may be added to a double-sides resin-coated steel plate 37, from which the pressure bond rolls 28, 29 are separated. A low-coat film having high performance can be formed. A uniform product is acquired. |
