PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of generating a high purity compressed nitrogen gas from an exhaust gas exhausted from a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A high purity compressed nitrogen gas is generated by tentatively accumulating a nitrogen rich gas exhausted from a fuel cell in an accumulation tank, compressing and sending out the nitrogen rich gas accumulated in the accumulation tank with a compressor, taking in the nitrogen rich gas sent out in a compressed state at a nitrogen gas generating apparatus and separating and removing oxygen therefrom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
