PREPARATION OF FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN-MADE T-SHAPED PIPE

PURPOSE:To provide a method for preparation of a fiber reinforced resin-made T-shaped pipe wherein a resin-impregnated filament can be wound uniformly on a T-shaped mandrel without narrowing the width of the filament arranged into a tape or twisting. CONSTITUTION:A resin-impregnated reinforced filament 4 is wound on a mandrel 1 by performing a three dimensional movement consisting of movements and works of a feed eye 2 in the X-axis direction along the shaft 13 of the mandrel, in the Z-axis direction approaching and aparting to the mandrel 1 and in the Y-axis direction namely upward and downward direction and a rotational movement shown by V and a rotational work shown by U to form a resin- impregnated reinforced fiber layer with a specified thickness. Then, the resin- impregnated reinforced fiber layer is cured and a branched pipe part 12 and a main pipe part 11 of the mandrel 1 are successively released to obtain a fiber-reinforced resin-made T-shaped pipe.
