Provided in the present invention are a device, system, and method for signal transmission. A first network device detects on a first resource set for a first signal transmitted by a second network device; and, the first network device determines an mth resource in a second resource set on the basis of an nth resource in the first resource set and of a first correlation. This allows a UE to obviate the need for blind detection to detect a second signal or to transmit a signal on multiple resources in the second resource set, thus increasing system efficiency and performance.
