摘要 The present invention relates to a spatiotemporal-specific expression method of polyQ and huntingtin genes in brain, and to a method for manufacturing an animal model having a brain region-specific expression pattern. The method for manufacturing an animal model having a brain region-specific expression pattern of the present invention: establishes a Huntingtons disease model, in which the huntingtin gene is expressed only in specific brain regions (corpus striatum, hippocampus, or cerebellum), specific ages, and specific nerve cells, by injecting recombinant herpes simplex virus (HSV) vectors into the brain regions of an adult animal except a human being; and is able to uniformly induce the expression of the same amount of the huntingtin gene by quantifying a predetermined virus titer, and injecting the same into the specific brain regions of the animal.
