The present invention relates to a customer center terminal. The present invention comprises: a telephone receiving part performing voice communication with a mobile communication terminal through a voice communication network; a data storage part storing a call router installation terminal information table including terminal information about mobile communication terminals including a call router program; a terminal display part displaying a screen of consultation with the mobile communication terminal if the telephone receiving part performs the voice communication with the mobile communication terminal; a data communication part transceiving data with the mobile communication terminal; a terminal information input part receiving selection information about one among multiple menus included in the consultation screen; and a terminal control part confirming whether terminal information of the mobile communication terminal is included in the call router installation terminal information table or not if the telephone receiving part performs the voice communication with the mobile communication terminal, and then adding call router installation information of the mobile communication terminal to the consultation screen if the terminal information of the mobile communication terminal is included in the table. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing time for voice communication between a consultant and a customer, as compared to an existing terminal. |
