PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an FM-CW radar system for improving detection accuracy as a radar system, and reducing requests to a transmission/reception module to improve an inspection yield.SOLUTION: In an FM-CW radar system comprising a signal processing part which executes measurement processing for calculating distance and relative speed with an object by program control from the sum and difference of peak frequencies of a beat signal to be obtained from transmission waves and reflection waves at the object between an Up chirp period and a Down chirp period, a signal processing part 6 is provided with: means for storing deviation data on the peak frequencies of the beat signal in the Up chirp period and the Down chirp period measured at a plurality of distances, a plurality of temperatures in delivery inspection adjustment in an equipped non-volatile memory 21; and means for utilizing the deviation data on the peak frequencies stored in the non-volatile memory 21 as correction data when the measurement processing is performed. |
