PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion ash molded article which achieves effective utilization of industrial waste as fuel and a reducing agent, is excellent in handleability and safety, and can maintain desired strength without requiring dehydration and heat treatment.SOLUTION: A heavy oil O and a combustion ash A are added to a biomass B or/and a waste plastic crushed article P, kneaded, and molded. A mixing ratio of the biomass or/and the waste plastic crushed article with respect to the total amount of a molded article raw material is set to 5 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less, and a mixing ratio of the heavy oil with respect to the total amount of the molded article raw material is set to 25 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less. The molding can be performed at a temperature of 100°C or lower by using a flat die type molding machine. A fuel that is molded granular in which an average grain diameter is 2 mm or more and less than 10 mm, and a reducing agent that is molded granular in which an average grain diameter is 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less can be produced by any one of the above methods. |
