PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that related patents and non-related patents can be checked only by hands conventionally.SOLUTION: Documents of classified patents can be checked by a patent search support device 1 including: a feature vector acquisition part 105 which acquires one or more terms from one or more respective related patent documents, acquires related patent feature vectors which are vectors of the respective related patent documents for every related patent document by using the one or more terms, acquires one or more terms from one or more respective non-related patent documents, and acquires non-related patent feature vectors which are vectors of the respective non-related patent documents for every non-related patent document by using the one or more terms; a determination part 106 which determines a related patent document from the one or more non-related patent documents by using the one or more related patent feature vectors, and the one or more non-related patent feature vectors; and an output part 107 which outputs information for identifying the related patent document determined by the determination part 106. |
