PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve dustproof of a light emitting element and reduce a positional shift of a light emitting spot.SOLUTION: A coupling member 24 and an elastic member 26 for dustproof having an annular shape are held between an electric substrate 22 having a package 21 mounted thereon and a holding member 30 in a central axis X direction being the direction of the central axis of a laser light beam. An optical housing 11 and a plate-like part 31 are fastened after fastening and fixing the electric substrate 22 to the holding member 30 with a screw 27 via a coupling member 24. In the assembled state, a first reference surface 21a of the package 21 and a second reference surface 33 of a protrusion 32 of the holding member 30 are in abutment with each other, the elastic member 26 is in press contact state with respect to the electric substrate 22 and the plate-like part 31 and is positioned so that the elastic member 26 surrounds the package 21, and the package 21 is thereby sealed. In the elastic member 26, the shape of any section including the central axis X is substantially in line symmetrical relative to a central axis XX. |
