PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize furthermore the thickness of an adhesive between a tube and a substrate, while preventing rubbing scratches generated on the tube surface or the like.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tube coated body has steps for (1) preparing a shaft core body 1 coated with a tube 12 on the outer peripheral surface of a substrate 10 through an adhesive 11 having fluidity, and (2) arranging the shaft core body to be coaxial with the center axis A of a ring-shaped gas blowout head 2 having a nozzle 2c for blowing out gas on the inner peripheral surface, and squeezing the adhesive existing between the substrate and the tube by moving relatively the gas blowout head and the shaft core body, while blowing out the gas in the direction of the center axis A from the nozzle. The nozzle includes on the tip, elastic members 21a, 21b constituted projectably to the direction of the center axis A by a pressure of the gas blown out from the nozzle, and performs blowout of the gas from the nozzle, while adjusting the projection amount of the elastic members to the direction of the center axis A so that the flow rate of the gas flowing out from a clearance δ between the nozzle tip and the tube surface is constant. |
