PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector capable of obtaining a high waterproof effect while detecting a fitting state.SOLUTION: After an operation lever 13 is rotated to a connector fitting position, a socket 12 is fitted with a plug 11 and a main circuit is turned on, when a slider S1 is moved straight to a detection pin connection position from a detection pin blocking position, a socket side fitting detection pin 72 and a plug side fitting detection pin 34 are connected with each other, so as to detect a fitting state of the connector. Also, pressing of a lock spring 64 by a lock spring presser 58 is cancelled, and the lock spring 64 is expanded and comes into contact with a flat part 52 of the operation lever 13, so as to lock a rotation position of the operation lever 13. The socket side fitting detection pin 72, and an annular waterproof rubber member 29 for a detection pin surrounding a circumference of the plug side fitting detection pin 34 are uniformly compressed together with a liner action of the slider S1. |
