PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily estimate the operation efficiency of an individual compressor without the necessity for adding equipment to each compressor.SOLUTION: A coefficient calculation part 15 selects m pieces (=n×2) of data groups as data groups in which a total flow rate Qt is in a decrease state as data groups from data groups 14A; creates m pieces of flow rate calculation formulae related to the Qt for each Dt by using a flow rate change rate λt obtained for each Dt, a power usage Wti for each Qt and a compressor Ci, and a segment of a primary function for approximating a relationship between the flow rate change rate and the operation efficiency of the compressor Ci for each compressor Ci, and operation efficiency characteristic coefficients ai and bi indicating inclinations; and solves these flow rate formulae as simultaneous equations to calculate the ai and bi. An operation efficiency calculation part 16 multiplies the flow rate change rate λx of an arbitrary time x by the bi of the Ci and adds ai thereto, so as to calculate the operation efficiency Uxi of the Ci. |
