PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute even packing work, by protecting a base of a straight tube lamp from a large load, without using a resin cap.SOLUTION: A packing box is provided by forming a square cylindrical peripheral wall 1 for inserting the straight tube lamp by continuously providing side plates 2 of becoming its respective surfaces, and an end part of the peripheral wall 1 is provided with a triangular inner end plate 3 extending the end side of the side plate 2 of one surface as a base to an end part of the peripheral wall 1, an oblique support plate 4 and a suppressing piece 5 successively extending from two sides inclining to the base of the inner end plate 3 and an outer end plate 8 extending from the end side of the side plate 2 of the other surface, and the oblique support plate 4 and the suppressing piece 5 are successively ridge-folded and bottom-folded, and the inner end plate 3 is bent in the direction of the opposed side plates 2, and both oblique support plates 4 restrained from repulsion by an inner surface of the peripheral wall 1 and the suppressing piece 5, are made to interpose between the opposed side plates 2 in a hand-clasped state, and a projection part of the base of the straight tube lamp is housed inside a space formed of the inner ende plate 3 and both oblique support plates 4, and the outer end plate 8 is closed. |
