PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump structure that achieves miniaturization even if applied to a vacuum pump having a silencing chamber or a silencing function.SOLUTION: A pump 80 to generate negative pressure is mounted on the upper surface of a body 30. The pump 80 is surrounded by a storage chamber 51 provided in a cover 50. A wall 52 of the cover 50 is partially thickened and a silencing chamber 53 is formed there to attenuate exhaust noise of exhaust gas from the pump 80. It allows the silencing chamber to be built in a negative pressure pump. Accordingly, even if applied to a vacuum pump having a silencing chamber or a silencing function, the vacuum pump can be formed to have a pump structure that achieves miniaturization. |
