摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize valve opening timing of a liquid injection solenoid valve and avoid unnecessary liquid injection.SOLUTION: A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises: liquid injection means for injecting a part of liquid refrigerant into an intermediate pressure part provided halfway along a compression course of a compressor; and a sensor detecting an inhalation temperature and an inhalation pressure of the refrigerant inhaled into the compressor as well as an outdoor temperature. A controller calculates an inhalation pressure set value corresponding to a preset discharge temperature set value so that an overheating problem does not occur to the compressor even without injection of the liquid refrigerant by the liquid injection means, from the inhalation temperature of the refrigerant inhaled into the compressor and the outdoor temperature detected by the sensor. If the inhalation pressure set value is higher than the inhalation pressure detected value detected by the sensor, the controller does not open a liquid injection solenoid valve. If the inhalation pressure set value is lower than the inhalation pressure detected value, the controller opens the liquid injection solenoid valve.
