PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treating agent applicator excellent in hair holdability, and capable of applying stably the hair treating agent to the hair, while holding the hair between comb teeth.SOLUTION: A hair treating agent applicator has a cylindrical comb part comprising a plurality of annularly-arranged comb teeth 22, and further includes: a comb teeth formation member having a base part, a plurality of comb teeth 22 extending radially to the periphery of the base part and standing in one direction in the cylindrically deformed state, and a flexible connection part for connecting the base part to the plurality of comb teeth 22; and an outer periphery holding member 30 as holding means for holding the cylindrically deformed state of the plurality of comb teeth 22. |
