A pattern forming apparatus according to the present invention includes at least one pair of transfer parts which are installed on the transfer path of a base material to be patterned and transfer the base material, and at least one pair of pattern parts which are installed to part of the at least one pair of the transfer parts having at least one pair of pressing protrusions corresponding to at least part of a pattern, and has a multilayered pattern on the base material passing the transfer part. According to this configuration, the formation of various patterns can be facilitated and excellent maintenance/repair can be obtained. |
