PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand mirror with which a user sees the side or back of him/herself in the mirror.SOLUTION: The hand mirror has a pair of mirror surface portions 12 and 13, and a plurality of connecting plates 18, 20, 22, and 24 for connecting the pair of mirror surface portions 12 and 13. The connecting plates 18, 20, 22, and 24 are formed into a rectangular shape and a triangular shape, and rotatable shaft members 34 are provided between the connecting plates 18, 20, 22, and 24, and between the connecting plates 18, 20, 22, and 24 and the mirror surface portions 12 and 13. The mirror surface portions 12 and 13 have a rectangular shape, and the plurality of connecting plates are joined in line between the pair of mirror surface portions. The connecting plates 18, 20, 22, and 24 are formed into a rectangular shape having a length substantially the same as those of the mirror surface portions 12 and 13 in width in the joined direction, and having a length of approximately half of those of the mirror surface portions 12 and 13 in the joined direction, or a shape obtained by diagonally dividing the rectangular shape of the same size as the mirror surface portions 12 and 13. |
