A method, a network exchange device, and a user terminal for providing a call service are provided by the present invention, relating to the field of communication technologies, and invented to increase the communication efficiency of users. The method for providing a call service includes: receiving a call request message from a calling user, where the call request message carries a service operation code and at least two called numbers; determining a connection manner of the call according to the service operation code carried in the call request message; and connecting, according to the determined connection manner, to called users corresponding to the called numbers carried in the call request message. The present invention can be applied in the fields of telecommunication and communication. |
