According to the present invention, a heat exchange apparatus comprises: a body having a plate shape, and an inner space where an operation fluid is evaporated or condensed to flow in; and a wick having multiple needlelike particles, wherein the operation fluid flows between the needlelike particles. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wick including the needlelike particles is formed, so the porosity of a wick can be improved in comparison with an existing groove, mesh or sintering type wick. Accordingly, the operation fluid is smoothly supplied in the inside of the wick in comparison with the existing wick, so a heat exchange rate or performance is improved. |
