The present invention relates to a producing method of bio-glass sol for treating the surface of zirconia, a surface treatment method using the same, and a product thereof. The producing method of bio-glass sol for treating the surface of zirconia comprises the following steps: (a) producing a TEOS-TEP solution; (b) hydrolyzing the TEOS-TEP solution; (c) producing a CNT solution; (d) mixing the CNT solution and the TEOS-TEP solution; and (e) stirring the mixture. Biocompatibility and adhesive power with dental resin cement by treating the surface with the bio-glass sol produced through a sol-gel method on zirconia for dental use can be improved.
