The present invention relates to a cancer-targeted small interfering RNA (siRNA) conjugate having the enhanced ability of intracellular delivery, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising the conjugate. The excellent effects in enhancing the ability of intracellular delivery and effects in inhibiting the expression of a target gene by using the cancer-targeted siRNA conjugate. The target treatment can be performed by fundamentally approaching the prevention or the treatment of cancer. The siRNA conjugate having the enhanced ability of intracellular delivery comprises targeted peptide and siRNA, wherein the targeted peptide and the siRNA are conjugated by a disulfide bond.
